Prepare for upsell on any service, if you don’t agree, they will no longer see you as a patient. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years and wow how things have changed. Now you have to have a treatment coordinator discussion prior to service to review your dental needs ie., extra upselling. Used to be a family practice, now it’s all about the money and not patient care.
Staff is super friendly and made the experience great
been to two appointments now to have my teeth cleaned. two visits and $75 later they still haven't cleaned my teeth. had to change dentist due to insurance They want me to spend $400 more before they will consider cleaning my teeth. All kinds of excuses all driven to increase their profits
Regina does an awesome job cleaning my teeth. Everone else there so polite and great to deal with.
The staff is very welcoming and always have smiles on their face! Everything always looks new and updated. Very clean and nice. I would recommend to anyone!
