Exceptional customer service!
The three things I like most about Shining Mountain is Precision, Customer Service, and Convenient location. 1. Precision: They have the new computer tools that dial your prescription. My previous eye prescriptions (Lens Crafters Kalispell, Budget eyes AZ) didn't have the new machines and messed up my prescription. My right eye is worse then left and it just made me tired faster. I had a great experience with Dr. Brittany. She's informative, patient, and has a wonderful personality. The staff is also friendly. They accept my vision insurance when I was declined elsewhere. No need to commute to Kalispell or Polson, when we have a great eye clinic here!!
