After dealing with recurring issues, this visit was notably more efficient as the technician managed to dismantle my A/C system within an hour and identified a faulty coil that had been overlooked previously. Compared to past repairs, this was handled much more thoroughly, resulting in a system that's running smoothly now.
I hoped for a straightforward installation, and they completed the ventilated ceiling in about three hours, ensuring all seams were properly sealed. The technician also took the time to explain how the new ventilation would improve airflow, which I found helpful.
I was initially concerned about the cost given past experiences, but the technicians completed the AC installation efficiently and even explained how to optimize its settings for our space. The entire process took just over three hours, which aligned well with their initial estimate.
The installation took most of the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of the ventilated ceiling. After a previous unsatisfactory experience with another contractor, it was reassuring to see this technician double-checking his work and explaining each step as he went along.
The thermostat installation took just under an hour, which seemed appropriate given the coordination with building management required. The technician walked me through the settings afterward and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving.
