I would never recommend people come here for the service department. I purchased my 2021 Crosstrek here a few years ago and it’s only been serviced here. In the past they’ve been pretty good but the past two appointments I’ve scheduled in advance on their website have gone awry. The first time I had issues was around June. I scheduled an oil change and it took over an hour to get accomplished. I could understand if I had walked in for this type of service but I made an appointment. Customer service is top notch at this Subaru dealership. I was never pressured, everything was transparent, and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. AND they sit in the car with you and go over all of the features. I've never had anyone do that before. Great car buying experience!

Great car buying experience for our 2021 Forester Touring and 2023 Outback Touring Turbo, and up to now, was impressed enough with the dealership and service department that we made the 200 mile round trip from the East Bay for car buying, having accessories installed, and some services. For about the last two years, we've been experiencing occasional "bucking" in the Forester when accelerating between 25 to about 35/40 mph. The worst Subaru dealership I've dealt with. The service is terrible. From start to finish. Had to tow my car back after the " regular service" performed by these guys. All the fluids on the floor of my garage.. 3rd try, 4th service appt, they had no loaner to leave in. 5th appointment made. I think they intentionally kick the can so the miles stack and their OG warranty lapses. The customer service gals I've spoken with are great!! Everything else is lackluster..
