The front desk lady is was most mannerless person i ever met. I waited for my turn for 10 minutes the lady was sitting idle on front desk when i asked her 2-3 times how much time for my turn she didn’t even look at me and ignored me, and kept on scrolling reels, so i walked out without getting anything done. Worst experience ever!
Completely unprofessional and untrained staff. I got my arm burned during a waxing. The owner saw the burn but then disappeared instead of taking responsibility, addressing the situation, or offering any compensation. There was no genuine apology or concern for my injury. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon.
I had a very disappointing experience at Shingar Salon & Spa on The Gore Road, Brampton. The face wax and eyebrow service was poorly done, and the staff did not seem properly trained. My skin was damaged during the face wax and I still have dark spots because of it. The salon also did not appear clean, and I noticed that they didn’t properly sanitize between customers, which is very concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.
Very bad salon . I go there some days ego for my eyebrows threaded and uper lips wax. I clearly told the lady who is doing my uper lips with wax that it was previously done with me before that one salon peel off my skin from uper lips during wax so please be careful about this and when she done the uper lips wax and after some time when am leaving the salon it started burning and i noticed red skin that peeled off and i told them it was peeled what they are not accepting and said to me give us full payment we don’t know abou... read more
