We had a bad hiccup with Shine. However, Jeff really stepped up and made it right (and was very understanding about it). We will certainly give them another try.
Please don't litter your signs on other people's property or support those who do Edit: in response to the response given, the sign in my photo was placed about a week ago. If it were placed by a franchisee, perhaps they need to be put in line. The signs are still littering neighborhoods regardless of who put them there

They did a very poor job cleaning the windows. Some of the screens weren’t cleaned and some of the windows are smeared. They took my credit card when they initially booked the appointment. I’ve called four times for them to come back and rectify it because they charge my card the full amount and no one returned my call.
They came out within 20 minutes of me calling for an estimate and scheduled the job the next day. Super professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
