I’m giving Shine of Grand Rapids another excellent review. They always call before they come and are very courteous. They listen carefully to what needs to be done and I often find a little extra job to add and there’s never a problem. We’ve had our gutters whitened, roof cleaned, sidewalks power washed and windows cleaned over a period of many years. They deliver and do the job quickly.

The new owners are awful. We have used Shine of Westlake for years and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Communication is poor and billing is not stated up front. The team did not show up on the scheduled date and required several emails to get rescheduled. They then did not complete the job and required an additional two weeks of emails to get a crew back out to finish most of which were never responded to. I've used Shine twice. In 2019 they bent a frame on one of the screens. In 2023, they broke the glass butterfly wind chimes hanging in the bathroom window. I realize that accidents happen, but they could at least tell the customer when there is an accident. I looked for my wind chimes for 45 minutes. Yes, they do a good job on windows.

Dillon and Jacob came today to wash our 184 windows!!! Those guys are rock stars!! They had to deal with lots of high windows and none of them had been cleaned in THREE years!!! The frames were bug infested too. These two did an INCREDIBLE job and worked the ENTIRE day! We are beyond pleased and will definitely use SHINE going forward! Very happy with everything they did...plus they were super nice and personable too!!! They both deserve a raise!!
