Earlier this year I’d gone into my garage and found that my Daddy-O started to turn into goo. It probably didn’t help that my garage is regularly 100 degrees and the product was pretty old but I emailed them nonetheless. I didn’t realize it but I was leaving the next day for a long stint away from my phone. When I had service again, I’d gotten 4 voicemails from a woman at Shine Supply asking for my address to send a replacement with a new formula. You can’t get that customer service anywhere else. Keep it up!
I have been detailing for 12 years. Shine Supply is hands down the best products out there made by a detailer for detailers. God bless Jeremy and the whole Shine Supply family.
