Carmen is the best had a great time and was very relaxed when I left recommend to everyone if you need a relaxing day❤️🌺
So, I have been going to Carmen for years now. I used to sit in another chair at her shop and would be amazed while watching her cut and color others hair. The end result was always stunning!
