I was referred to Shine Salon and expected professional hair care as I have lived in metropolitan cities in the US & abroad. My experience with Nancy, the stylist yesterday who was assigned to me, was less than satisfactory. Initially, we discussed my expectations with a medium hair length at the shoulder. I even showed her photos. Also, I explained that my hair needed a good shampoo. Usually,my stylist shampoos my hair twice before the person cuts . Billy, Michael and the entire Shine team are amazing! They are all very professional and kind. Billy has been my hairstylist for several years and I recommend him to all of my friends. Shine Salon Savannah is super clean and well located. Also, there is free parking in the nice parking lot that serves the mall where the salon is located.
The best experience at a salon. I was traveling with a bad fracture on my wrist, unable to do my hair. Was so glad someone recommended this salon to me. I truly appreciated it.
Been searching for years for a hairdresser. Billy is the best. Fixed a mistake. Cut was perfect. Will be back for sure.
