Had Shine On Windows do my windows for years with absolutely NO complaints. Then, the business was sold and everything has been terrible since then. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, they don't fix the damage they did to my screens. I would have to assume by their lack of response that they are just out of business?? Regardless, a terrible business with terrible customer service.
I used them for years and they were wonderful. They have new owners now which are absolutely horrific. They were a no call No show . I called three times the day of service nobody answered . Then the girl calls me the next day and says it was raining out. The guy was supposed to call you and cancel so I gave them another chance and then again a no call no show with no phone calls.What kind of business is this? Like many others, I was stood up for my appointment today with no call and they don’t answer the phone. Stay away from this company- they are an unreliable mess.
I just learned by reading recent reviews that there are new owners. That explains why I have not received any response to several inquiries (phone,email,text) to set an appt for our windows. The original owners were amazing, and I was a devoted customer, but there seems to be some serious issues with the new ownership. Will be looking for another company.
