I just learned by reading recent reviews that there are new owners. That explains why I have not received any response to several inquiries (phone,email,text) to set an appt for our windows. The original owners were amazing, and I was a devoted customer, but there seems to be some serious issues with the new ownership. Will be looking for another company.

Hasn't returned my calls. I Called a number of times. Never called back to reschedule. New owners. I was a customer.

Same as other recent reviews. Our original appointment was cancelled by them the night before, and rescheduled for June 5th. Complete no show on the 5th, even though we received confirmation of appointment and arrival time the night of the 4th. No communication or response to my contacts. Don’t bother.
