I use to love coming to this place but whoever is the Lady that manages shine on 9 has terrible customer service, I won’t be coming back.

I wanted so badly to give a one-star rating due to an altercation I had with one of the owners, more on that in a minute. In all honesty, I will give Shine on 9 a honest review. I have been going to different car washes for a couple decades now. I like having a clean car so I visit them frequently. Shine on 9 is my all-time favorite hands down. The actual car Wash is great but what I really love is the indoor detailing area. I've put an hour or two in there on average once a week since they've been open. It is a great enviro... read more
I had a membership for daily washes but 20% of the time they are closed for weather or mechanical issues and you can't even use the vacuums. Girl who works there has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude.

Brian so sorry for any inconvenience. Rainy days are the best days for us to maintain our equipment. Especially when we have crazy busy weekends like this past weekend. Not making excuses, but working hard to be sure our tunnel stays in good shape. Today was the first day down this year for mechanical issues. I am sure we will see you again soon... 😁

Exceptional customer service I rate it 5 ⭐️ . So convenient so clean, so organized...what an upscale facility, nice place to wash your car and detail it the way you want and with the time you need to give to your car care. Love their monthly plans. Suitable for any individuals needs. Love driving off after a car wash looking and feeling so clean and shiny. 🥰 If you see a car out there on the road shiny and clean you know its been to ‘shine on 9 baby’ 👍
