Rec'd a quote from Shine and scheduled a full window cleaning with some power washing. They were scheduled to come out last week but they did not show. When calling, I was told by Chris that the crew had lost track of time installing Christmas lights so we re-scheduled for today. They were supposed to be here today at 11am so as it approached noon, I called to ask if we were still supposed to expect them today.
