The Shine experience was good from beginning to end. I’ve made an appointment by telephone to have a Shine representative do a site visit of our home to develop a quote/proposal. The representative was attentive and courteous. It took about 20 minutes and upon reviewing the proposal I agreed and signed an electronic contract for which I received a copy instantly by email.
