Rec'd a quote from Shine and scheduled a full window cleaning with some power washing. They were scheduled to come out last week but they did not show. When calling, I was told by Chris that the crew had lost track of time installing Christmas lights so we re-scheduled for today. They were supposed to be here today at 11am so as it approached noon, I called to ask if we were still supposed to expect them today. Chris contacted me prior to arrival and arrived promptly. His assessment and suggestions for our home holiday lighting were professional, very detailed and appreciated. The pricing for the exceptional quality service and performance (I have used them at another place) is very reasonable. Highly recommended. 2024: The Shine Team understands this is our HOME and they we are wishing to celebrate the holiday season. They are extremely professional, efficient and care that the lights are exactly as we want them to be.
