Service great! Prompt and professional. Windows look wonderful.
Ed the owner is easy to chat with. Abd Elijah did a great job. He listened to my concerns. And assured me everything would be done to my satisfaction . Which he did very well. I would reccomend and use them again in the future. If the same quality of service will be the same as I recieved this time.
While everyone with Shine was very professional, polite, and on time, they did seem rushed and missed three windows. They did come back the next day to fix what they had missed, however, after they left again, one of the windows on the side of the house had the sun hit just right and it was obvious they missed another one. There was no walk-through before or after and part of that is my fault for not micromanaging it more thoroughly.
