The new owners are awful. We have used Shine of Westlake for years and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Communication is poor and billing is not stated up front. The team did not show up on the scheduled date and required several emails to get rescheduled. They then did not complete the job and required an additional two weeks of emails to get a crew back out to finish most of which were never responded to.
