Updated Review: After missing our original appointment, Shine reached out to us and explained the situation. We agreed to reschedule the work and they even offered a small discount. When time came for the new appointment, they arrived within the service window and completed the work generally to satisfaction and in a timely manner in accordance with the quote. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Shine was beyond unprofessional. They no-call no-showed on the day of our appointment and never answered the phone or responded to emails to communicate why. My wife and I recently had an appointment for window cleaning service. While Shine was quick to respond to the request for a quote, they never told us they were coming over and so we were woken up in the morning by a virtual stranger knocking on the door.
