Got my nails done here less than a week ago and they’re already cracked, chipped, stained, and uneven. When I called, the staff was rude and blamed me instead of owning up to the poor quality. They refused a refund and only offered a redo, but I don’t trust them to fix what they already messed up. Terrible service and customer care — won’t be back.
