I just happened to stop in here for the first time before Halloween and Hanna looked up a design and painted it on w no problem at all, it looked amazing, went back there again today and she did an amazing job again, she's fast and efficient, the salon is very friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend this place to everyone
I was under the assumption that “Kid’s mani/ pedi” was $35 for children 12 and younger. After our service I was shocked to see that I was charged more for both. I was told by the very kind young man on the phone that because she couldn’t “sit in the kids chair” they charged me regular price, but gave me a discount ($8) which I thought was because I paid cash(sign said if you pay cash you get a discount-it was one price before I mentioned cash). I love coming to Shine Nails to relax and be pampered. Everyone is so kind and helpful!
I have been coming to shine nails for more than 2 years now. This time I did a basic manicure no color. My whole nail beds are bruised now. It's hurting so much. And my nail is all scratchy now and it wasn't before this manicure. I am a very disappointed. She was nice but very rough with my fingers and nails. The owner reach out later and offered treatment for the cut. Appreciated the effort and service from owner. Thanks Vikki.
