I was looking to get my nails redone. I called to see if there was availability. No answer. Not less than a minute I received a call back; they had availability, so i head over. I do like that they called back. I'm not used to that and it seems to be a thing here in Hawaii to call back the missed calls. This is a very small shop with a very small waiting space. The polish had bubbles in it that were visible when she finished. I showed her and she fixed it by covering it with a few layers of polish. Waited for it to dry and the bubbles reappeared. Rinse and repeat 2 times. Waiting for it to dry took a whole hour because she kept adding nail polish. I think there were 9 coats on by the end. Then told me come back later to fix it and when I went back they had major attitude about it. I went in smiling and said hi. Nobody responded. They all looked up and then looked back down. I looked at the menu. I saw a lady waiting and asked her if she was waiting too she smiled at me said yes she is waiting. Another person walked in and they yelled at her do you have an appointment. But did not acknowledge me who came in first and asked me nothing. Its very tiny in there is no chance that I was not seen because I made eye contact with all those people. I will take my business where I am welcome.
