Shine is an awesome place to get help when you need it most. The staff are attentive and truly want you to be okay. They facilitate groups in a way that includes everyone, and are knowledgeable about the topics discussed. Vanessa, Bri, Ashley, McKenzie, Cynthia, and Cale…are a dedicated team to help you feel better. I appreciate each and every one of them. They all helped me in their own way, and I’m grateful for them and their support. Thank you!
The admissions team and on-site staff are great. They go above and beyond to help when a person is in need of mental health and/or substance abuse services. We are lucky to have a facility like Shine in our community.

The case management team at Shine Mental Health really goes above and beyond. Bri, the lead case manager, is incredibly supportive and makes sure no one slips through the cracks. You can tell she truly cares, and the way she leads creates a sense of safety and trust that sets the tone for the whole program. Cynthia and Mackenzie run group sessions that are not only thoughtful and engaging, but actually helpful in a real, lasting way. Shine is one of those rare places where you genuinely feel seen, supported, and understood!
