Shine Mental Health has been a true blessing for my cousin, who has struggled for years with depression and drug addiction. The case management team at Shine Mental Health really goes above and beyond. Bri, the lead case manager, is incredibly supportive and makes sure no one slips through the cracks. You can tell she truly cares, and the way she leads creates a sense of safety and trust that sets the tone for the whole program. Cynthia and Mackenzie run group sessions that are not only thoughtful and engaging, but actually helpful in a real, lasting way. Shine is one of those rare places where you genuinely feel seen, supported, and understood!

I refer my customers who need recovery and mental health support to Shine and have received feedback after follow ups / check ins from a few of them now from following through with Shine and it’s been a blessing to hear such positive progress with this program. So Grateful for Bri! Bri at Shine Mental Health went above and beyond to support my sister during a really tough time. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. She made sure my sister had access to the right resources and always kept us informed along the way. It was clear she truly cared, not just about the process, but about my sister as a person.
