The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about your recovery and well-being. I was a client for 6 months and received amazing treatment. Cynthia is an amazing facilitator and case manager. She was someone who challenged me to be better when I needed her to. She pushes you to work as hard as you can when you feel like you can't anymore. First I want to thank Jill for all the help that she provided, during my intake process,words are not enough to express the care and support I received at Shine. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and understood. I tried being open minded joining a program like this but during my intake there were a total of 3 interruptions. Mind you, I am going in detail about my trauma while the therapist answers a phone call, and two people walked in the room. Very unprofessional on their end an intake should be confidential. Obviously I didn’t go through with them and they continued spamming my phone. Off vibes for sure

Shine has been such a blessing and helped me in many ways than one. My therapist Ashley has been such a tremendous help to my recovery. Without her i would not have made it this far in my journey she has been a real one, since day one 💪

Everyone at shine is really amazing. Shine feels like if you are at home. You can tell that the stuff enjoys their job and cares about each of the patient. I really encourage people who are suffering mental health and substances abuse to visit shine for the best treatment.
