Literally my favorite place on the planet! The classes are challenging and the instructors have the best energy. Coming here has added so much good cardio to my routine.
Love this studio and the vibes. I enjoy and look forward to every workout !
The classes are very intense and challenging however, you can’t seem to stop going . It gets addicting in the best way possible 😆 for sure not the traditional Pilates ✨
So happy a friend introduced me to Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt. It is easily my most favorite workout class, and also the sweatiest. Truly no better way to start off my morning than one of the classes at Shine. The workout, automosphere, hot and dimmed room, good music, the instructors, cleanliness- all 10/10. These workouts are hard work but make you feel amazing during and after. If you're new give yourself a few extra minutes to find it, but the Hill is my favorite location!
I absolutely love my Pilates classes! The atmosphere is welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and each class challenges me in the best way. I appreciate the focus on proper form, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. I leave each session feeling stronger, refreshed, and glad I made time for myself. If you’re looking for a great Pilates experience, I highly recommend giving these classes a try!
