We have been trying to reach out for the last two weeks, our gutter that was replaced by them broke and my husband has been told it would be replaced and I have called multiple times to see what the update is and nothing has moved forward

They showed up late, spent less than 30 minutes on the job, and left without saying a word. I checked the gutters myself after they left — still clogged in several spots. Called the office and was told I’d need to pay again for a second visit. Are you kidding? Will never use this company again.
I hired them to clean the gutters and improve drainage, but after the next rainstorm, nothing had changed. Water was still overflowing, and I suspect they barely touched the downspouts. Waste of money. I’ve since gone with another company who found and fixed the real issue in one visit.
