For the first time in Canada I felt visible. From the moment I walked in I was treated like an old friend that they knew personally. They took time to explain everything that was happening to me "tooth by tooth". Pains takingly answered all my questions. Used technical terminologies when recording, which helped not to alarm me with just how bad my teeth are. I look forward to my next visit. Robin and her assistant Tara were fantastic. I had a lot of things done in one session and it went very well. One of the things Robin did was redo the fillings on my front 2 teeth and the results were great. Thanks ! I am now finished a long process of putting in 3 implants. The results are fantastic. Robin and Tara were wonderful throughout the long process. I would highly recommend Shine Dental. Thanks again for making this whole process a great experience.
Me and my 2 kids (6 yo and 3 yo) go to Shine and we've all had amazing experiences. They are great with kids, they take the time to answer their questions and thoroughly explain what they are doing at each step of the way to make the kids feel comfortable.
As someone who experiences significant dental related anxiety/panic attacks, I can truly say that the team at Shine on Academy is the best. Patient, supportive, compassionate and understanding, while also using all the OT and dental/medical resources at their disposal, they have made my visits here finally not awful… which has been rare up to now. Thank you.
