This place is the epitome of fitness and fun! Julie has a way of making everyone feel instantly welcome, and there’s a real, genuine effort from the whole team to create a comfortable, inclusive space. It’s such a great place to move, laugh, and dance your heart out.
Julie is an amazing instructor who creates a fun and comfortable environment for people to feel free to express themselves through exercise.
From the moment you walk in, Julie creates such a welcoming, no-pressure vibe that you instantly feel at ease, even if you’ve never danced before. Her energy is contagious, her smile is constant, and she makes every class feel like a dance party with friends. I leave every time feeling happier, stronger, and more confident. Can’t recommend it enough!
The BEST fitness program I’ve ever done and I’ve tried many! It is a great workout and so much fun that I miss it when I can’t go! The people are fun and so welcoming!
