I have been doing group exercise for over 20 years. I want my workout to be fun first and then by chance also getting a great workout. Shine fits the bill. The Shine routines are so fun and I love the music . Julie McGill is a great instructor who always keeps us on our toes with new choreography. .if you love to dance, this is the workout for you.
