Simply the best! So much fun!
I've been doing Shine workouts for almost five years now. I discovered it during the beginning of COVID and I haven't quit. I absolutely love the workouts. This is one of my favorite parts of life!
Shine Dance Fitness is a wonderful workout that everyone needs in their lives! When my club, CHAARG at Boise State University hosted them for a workout, I didn't know I would have this much fun!!! I was so impressed with the dances we did and paired with the best songs all thanks, Kendall and Kat!!! I loved some of the throwbacks and the newer songs in the mix that I danced to. This was such a fun group and I would recommend this to everyone looking to get their heart rate up and have a good time!
Kat and Kendall are the best! They donated their time and held a class for my club, and it was AMAZING! I was so sweaty and got a great workout in. Thank you so much for your time!
