I signed up for the unlimited washes (although I only go once a month) in October 2023, and until today, have had no complaints at all. Today I received my credit card statement and was shocked to see they raised the price almost 7%. While I get that costs have increased, raising the price on auto-pay customers with NO notice is just plain WRONG! And almost 7%??!! I am lucky to get a 2-3% raise a year - I only wish it was 7%!
