I had a lovely experience at Shine BE Happy. Kelly was warm and inviting, she took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain to me what she was working on. Everything was done with care for how I was doing. Processes and care were explained well and clearly. I left feeling encouraged, and will be recommending her to others.
It was so great to see my old friend Kelly and get a fabulous haircut and pick up some great product. This is by far the best haircut I’ve had in years.
I felt heard and seen. I feel like hairstylists can get very generic with their cuts, but Kelly did so well matching my haircut to my individual self. Best haircut I’ve ever had!
