This was a wonderful experience from the time I drove up and was greeted by a cool young man Aiziah. His customer service superseded anything that I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and I am a forever customer. Love this car wash location by the way.
I never stopped at this one but now I did I will be back Randall helped me without pause and was very polite. Aziah also was helpful with my silly questions.
My truck was pretty bad and came out great! Having a staff that cares these days is uncommon, they went above and beyond for me!
BEWARE!!! They damaged my car by letting me go through when the top rollers weren't spinning! I filed a complaint and have never been able to get in touch with anyone! So many other options skip this place!!! ZERO STARS!!!!
I’ve tried several car washes in the area, but I’ve finally settled on this one, and I couldn't be happier. We decided to sign up for the monthly membership, and it has been worth every penny. The service is incredibly consistent—everything is always clean, and unlike other places where you’re constantly waiting in line, I never have to deal with major wait times here. A big shout-out to Frank, who is there every time I go through. He does a fantastic job and is always so personable and helpful; it really makes a difference.... read more
