I wanted the $16.00 wash with the conditioner and protection and the attendant pushed the wrong wash - the $12.00 deal - without it. Said he couldn’t adjust and - “it doesn’t have wax in the $16.00 deal, the only difference is tire shine - WRONG. The CS engagement to fix the mishap didn’t happen. I’ll go to Woodie’s across the street from now on. It’s amazing the customer service is that bad and there’s another option across the street. Unbelievable.
There are a lot of things that are out of our control when it comes to car washes and the reliability and quality of machinery. But one thing that IS in our control and that this business does incredibly well, is their customer service. I have always had the most amazing interactions with the people working here. They’re always helpful and we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy
