My driver side mirror was torn off by the spinning machine at the St Petersburg location. The attendant took pics and had me fill out an incident report. He said someone would contact me in 48 hours. I haven't heard from them. It seem they do not care if their machine causes damage to customer's vehicle. This is very unfortunate. I would love for someone to reach out to me so I can get my mirror repaired.
i drive a lowered car and this is the only car wash i could find in st pete that my car could fit through. the atmosphere seems okay overall and the staff was pretty friendly
Never clean the car completely and one side cleaning roller never touches the car. Tire shine is a joke. Wash at home.
The minute they raised the price to $20 a month for the cheap boy car wash, their red and green light on exit from the car stopped working for about 3 weeks. The cheap wash and all the free months wss just a rouge scheme to increase their customer base so they can get top dollar when they just sold the joint. Now all the customers are leaving. Ha Ha. This car wash was fabulous when it opened—micro fiber towels, glass spray AND $5 WEDNESDAY!! Now the business has been sold and it’s not being maintained properly! NO discounted Wed. and there were 3 broken vacuums that I saw. 😩 too bad cause the competition is just 1 block away.
