I was looking to get some rock chips and swirl marks taken care of on my car as well as protect my paint for the future. I was introduced to and spoke with Dan at Shine Auto. Before actually going into the shop, we talked via text and he was not only responsive but seemed very eager and excited for the opportunity to show me the great work Shine Auto does. I got my entire car wrapped with XPEL and it came out looking great. That alone would have been worthy of the 5 star review. But the most impressive thing was almost a year later after having our first baby I kissed the side of my garage with the front side of my Tesla, it looked bad. I took it to Shine hoping the XPEL had at the very least protected the paint. As I didn't want to deal with having to replace the bumper on my Tesla. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I shopped around before having my car coated with C-quartz and decided on Shine Auto after talking with Dan on the phone. The place was immaculate and they treated my car as their own. Dan had offered to stay late for me to drop it off and even met me personally on his off day to deliver my car.
