I don’t normally get manicures and discussed with the check-in person the pros and cons of regular vs. gel polish, deciding on regular polish. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. The hospitality was incredible, and everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I am beyond in love with my nails! I requested regular polish with french tips. Someone else then started the manicure. Part way through, the technician asked if this was my first time getting gel. I repeatedly asked if this was regular polish. She finally said she would remove the gel. Later when I removed the polish I found that there is still gel on all of my nails, which I can’t get off. I would not go back here.
I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome with their kindness and hospitality.
