I can't say enough about Maria and Shine. I came to my first NIA class with foot and knee pain. The movements with NIA have help me tremendously. The Melt classes have kept my whole body FEELING BETTER. So glad I found Maria and Shine
The Melt method has given me back a lot of my mobility and has helped me manage my chronic pain. Maria is the best and the Melt method is a miracle!
Maria is amazing! I can't sing her praises enough! She's talented and naturally musical, she genuinely loves children and people, and her enthusiasm is contagious. We love Shine!! Maria is such a wonderful ray of of sunshine! Our kids love Rythum Kids classes! I highly recommend Shine. You won't be disappointed!
We love Shine. It has become my 2 kiddos second home. Music Together is such a great program and Maria and Maggie are amazing teachers. They are engaging, fun, and caring.
