RecommendedNice and friendly service, decently priced and delicious sushi! If I lived closer to the Solon area I would go more often! I would recommend giving this place a try!
I am not being biased when I say my family knows the owners. Have only been there once and loved it. Their sushi was great. I wish I could have it everyday. The combination dinner was great. The soup and salad had great flavor. I am not a soup person but I loved the soup and the dressing on the salad was amazing. The chicken teriyaki was really good even better than the chain restaurants. We will be back for more.
Shinano is a great place. The sushi is great, the service is friendly and attentive, and you can bring your own beer or sake. The bean spout appetizer is very good and it can be ordered as a side. If you like tofu try the Age Dofu. The black seaweed salad is also very good.
