I'm giving this 4 stars because their service is awesome! Their ramen is pretty good too, but I've tasted better ramen in other restaurants.
This place gets packed in the evenings and weekends. Make sure you get their before the rush time. Parking is available in the Office Depot lot. Great thing about Shin Sen Gumi is the ability to customize!
Try the Ramen with some spicy oil, bean sprouts, and extra chashu. Delicious!

Best ground chicken ever
There are several Shin-Sen-Gumi in LA but this is my favorite one. I like the decor of the restaurant and this location can gives us more choices in terms of topping.
Shin-Sen-Gumi is one of my favorite tonkotsu ramen places in LA and what I like about this place most is that it's open late (till 11pm). I also like that you can create your own ramen with type of noodle (soft/hard), soup (oily/less oily) and toppings etc... but I wish they also include fresh garlic too (although I like their garlic chips). And unlike Santouka (another good tonkotsu ramen place in LA), this place takes credit card, which is a plus.
They over-charged me and strong-armed me into paying an incorrect amount.
