My son just finished with his Invisalign and is now on his retainers. The whole process went smoothly from expander to retainers the past few years. His orthodontia work required quite a bit of pivoting from Dr. Shin. She was always astute on what was needed next and great at explaining why. Exceptional office staff and assistants as well - always friendly and attentive and organized. I never had any reasons to be concerned with anything.
I highly recommend Shin Orthodontist. Their professionalism and service are top-notch. Appointments are always on time, the staffs are courteous and attentive, and the office is spotless and well maintained. A great experience from start to finish.
