My daughter received invisalign treatment from Shin Orthodontics and everything was top notch from the doctors to the staff
Their staff is very professional and nice but the 2 dentists lack a bit of bedside manner. They can come of rude and abrasive. I did not feel comfortable with them.
Got my Invisalign here because of typical Asian overcrowding issue and had an overall nice experience I really appreciate Debra being straightforward and clear. The whole office is very efficient and easy to communicate. One thing I’m not particularly happy with was the shape of my teeth looking strange after her trimming procedure in the middle of the treatment.
