So pleased with our experience! Haik showed professionalism, attention to detail, and continually made us feel at ease. The staff at shimoon helped us design our ring, taking into account our preferences but also bringing expertise. Could not recommend enough!
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Shimoon Jewellers and Haik who helped my fiancé and I create my dream engagement ring! I had to go back for resizing and adding a comfort fit, which he did for no charge and was so quick. I am so happy and recommend anyone to come to Shimoon jewellers for an amazing experience. My partner and I popped into Shimoon Jeweller's today after reading nothing but great reviews online! Our goal was purely to inquire about what it would look like to fix a ring that my partner had bought elsewhere, that refused to warranty it, because we didn't purchase extended warranty... even though it was less than a month old.
