Had my baby’s 4 month appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning. Scheduled a month ago. Received a call tonight at 5:20 telling me they have to cancel because they are not accepting ew patients. Unacceptable. How does this happen? I even got a confirmation email on Monday. Now I have to find another pediatrician and probably have to wait another month for an appointment, meanwhile my kid misses his 4 month check up and a follow up from an urgent care visit two weeks ago.
She cares alot about her patients. Always has answers. My kids love seeing her and I am very confident my kids will get better after a visit with Shimon Thomas.
