Been working with Shimmering Waters for 3 years now. Same technician fir the entire time. He’s reliable, friendly, and responsive. Nothing works all the time, but when issues arise they are right on top of it. I was a first time pool owner who interviewed several companies and Dan and his team stood out from the start. They provide a report with pictures every time. In fact, if we’re not for my yard cameras I would never know they were there. So quiet at early morning hours.
I am very happy we chose Shimmering Pools. Service is great and so friendly. Always so sweet to our dog, Blaze.
So impressed with the care and service we received by this company. Dan was so kind and personable on the phone and was able to get a tech out to us quickly to help fix our leaky salt cell. Tech Ryan was very knowledgeable and fixed us right up. We will definitely use their services again in the future!
