I ordered a career services package and asked for a refund but was never given one and the services were never delivered either. Although all sales are final it's a bit unfair since I never filled out any forms and now they're forcing me to stick with the $1.5K package that I ordered and not offering at least a partial refund. This is just awful customer service! :(
