Trip though Fort Dodge on route to Illinois developed a significant problem with our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, called service at 8 am to arrange a service time, no one would take my call, sales picked up and took a message. No callback 45 mins later, I called back another message taken, no call back. Seems breaking down in Fort Dodge is not gonna get you any help from Fort Dodge Chrysler Dodge any time soon. No call back 12 hours later. Thanks for nothing! Service level

UPDATE: I edited this review as the company had contacted us to let us know how this service does not reflect who they are and that they wanted to help make it right by returning the 2nd deductible. We respect and appreciate them reaching out so quickly to take steps and resolve the issue. Unfortunately we were caught in the peak of their personnel and company changes and ended up not getting the service expected of them.
