I’ve bought 4 cars from here and all great buying experiences until i recently traded in my last vehicle from that that was a CPO and car fax said it was clean (bought in 2021 it was a 2019). Go to trade it in and turns out in 2019 it had a major accident where airbags were deployed making it very hard for me to get any money for the car. Not sure how carfax missed that, had i known that I would have never bought it as it would have been considered a salvage title.

They ripped me off so much that I now refer to them as Scamkat. Unless T.J. wants to give me some of my money back then I don't know what there is to discuss. I used to leave it at this but I better inform everyone with specifics. So first of all getting repairs done at a dealership should be common sense risky. bought a car here looked it over though it was good but found hidden damage on side skirts and bug etching on the front bumper that didn’t show till i was home 5 hours away

I’d give zero stars if I could. Found a car for my son. Confirmed availability. Drove two hours up there just to be told that it sold. They said they emailed me and tried to call. I didn’t provide a phone number so that’s a lie. They said my email didn’t exist, also a lie. The dealer then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to see anything else… they also left the car posted online, I can only assume they do that to lure people in. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
