I’ve bought 4 cars from here and all great buying experiences until i recently traded in my last vehicle from that that was a CPO and car fax said it was clean (bought in 2021 it was a 2019). Go to trade it in and turns out in 2019 it had a major accident where airbags were deployed making it very hard for me to get any money for the car. Not sure how carfax missed that, had i known that I would have never bought it as it would have been considered a salvage title.
They ripped me off so much that I now refer to them as Scamkat. Unless T.J. wants to give me some of my money back then I don't know what there is to discuss. I used to leave it at this but I better inform everyone with specifics. So first of all getting repairs done at a dealership should be common sense risky.
