My truck sprung a coolant leak while in Fort Dodge and I live 20 miles away. It was right before they closed, but the service department let me into the garage and out of the cold so I could inspect and assess the severity of the leak. Once it was identified, the parts department (Dan & Lacey?) looked up the part that needed replaced and got it ordered. I was able to make it home safely and had the correct part in a few days. That was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership.

Matt, Chris and Jimmy were really helpful and great to deal with when we bought our 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie. I have to say that all of their sales people where very helpful. I have never gone to a dealership where the owners come out and thank you for the business and shake your hand. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Great Experience!!
