Great Service, Super Friendly Staff and The Owner is a Master Sushi Chef...
I didn't like the presentation of the food, its just attractive.
In addition to the on-point hospitality and sweet service, Shimizu is one of my FAVORITE local spots to take friends, and my sweetheart to. They value presentation and it shows, prices are totally reasonable and the food is consistently delish!
Genuine Japanese sushi restaurant. Freshest uni, big fat slices on all nigiri. Great service. Don't order too much 'cause portions are large.
