Dr. Shimamoto absolutely changed my life. He is one of the most personable, compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. I say worked with, because he truly works with his patients to solve their problems. I recommend him fully. His office can be difficult to get a hold of because his reputation has definitely made him busy, but trust that it is worth it, especially if you are struggling. Thank you Dr. Shimamoto!
Dr. Shimamoto is great his MA not so much Carly Hopkins. I have left numerous messsges for her to date and she NEVER returns my calls! It’s really ridiculous. They blamed it on their phone system and now they have a new one and still terrible customer service! No way to get ahold of anyone in that office I guess I will have to make a public appearance with a stink to get this problem solved!
The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish I would have found Dr. Shihamoto 6 years ago. I have had a constant breakout on my left foot since 2015. I have seen 4 dermatologists and 3 podiatrists before my primary care doctor finally recommended Dr. Shihamoto. Over the years I’ve been told it was psoriasis, fungus and whatever else you can name.
