Had an amazing experience with Shima. Takes the time to get the shape of your eyebrows before starting the process. Kept continuously asking if I felt anything and would add numbing cream between rounds which really helped. She would notice if you would flinch and ask how you are doing. Touch up price is very reasonable too! Highly recommend
