Dr. Reddy was very thorough and helpful. She addressed my needs immediately.
The doctor was fine and addressed our concerns. Received the referral I needed. She removed some ear wax from my daughter’s ear and we were charged $235.00 by Duly Health so there’s that. They labelled that as “surgery”, and now I’m looking at a large medical bill that I was not expecting. Update: Duly Health refuses to acknowledge their predatory billing practices and lacks transparency. Incredibly disappointed with how I have been treated.
