I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shilpa Desai’s office at Pacific Medical Group. I had referrals from two different doctors—one from Kinwell and one from Swedish—and based on those, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Desai about 20–25 days in advance. The appointment was set for June 24 at 3:00 PM.
