Every staff i spoke on the phone was extremely rude and put me on hold for 40min when i attempted to make an appointment as a new patient. Im not even sure how the doctor is but office staff 0/10
My experience with dr. Mehta was great. I saw her because I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and other endocrinologists were only specialized in diabetes. Staff at the front desk was nice. The nurse was so friendly. The doctor came in the room very quickly and I felt like she really listened to me and my symptoms. We made a game plan. I’m very happy that I choose her to be my doctor. It was the most humane interaction I’ve ever had at a doctors appointment.
