my dog is suffering and i called to get a second opinion and they refused to see her now all we can do is watch our poor dog suffer
Mike called us and asked us not to return, after the office manager spoke over me for 15 minutes then asked me "What did you have to say that is so important." I have read about 7 other reviews where people said the same thing...spoken over, not given a chance to talk, told they were not welcome to come back. No opportunity for resolution, no opportunity to participate in the process. This is poor customer service, and poor conflict resolution. Your office manager offered no respect. Practice what u preach.

So we're back home from a big morning for Mr. Eli as you can tell!! Awww!! Did sooo very well for Dr. Owings at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital!! Love the No Fear Approach!! I was the biggest skeptic as those around me would tell you, to have Eli take meds to help him. And our daughter even works there!! You'd think I'd be a "shoe-in!!" But no. Fought it in my heart for a whole year. we love Dr Wade and Shiloh staff
They are super nice to me and my pet and don't rush through appointment. They try to ease your pet's anxiety too. I needed an appointment today for my sick cat and they got me in which was really appreciated. They even have separate entrances for cats and dogs!
Awesome staff, very friendly and caring, and an exceptionally clean facility. Highly recommend them!!
