This place still exist. I was here in the late 1990s early 2000s. I stayed at the Red House. I was accused of being suicidal never was it was another girl that lived in the manufactured homes. They had just built at that time and we looked similar, but we were three years apart. She was 16 I was 12/13. They put me on all types of meds. They would lie on my charts just to keep and have my level of care high being a 6 so I would have to stay. The abuse was real. From physical abuse to medical abuse. I was here for 5 years when it was Behavior Training and Research. I knew Erin who commented above. The brutality and games the staff play due to thier boredom or frustration are unlike anything you can think of. And all reports to supervisors and even Clay Hill himself are ignored. They are there simply to collect money from the government They will deliberately increase whatever problem the kid has through either medications or systematic abuse in order to keep your child as long as possible. As someone who was here over a little over two years ago. I would not send your child here. The trauma that I have from this place is unbelievable.

I was here from january - march of 2023, this place is horrible. Staff were very mean, short tempered, and out right rude. They treated us not like people, but criminals. They would give us PRNs (basically seditaves) The only great thing about this place is they would give us chick fil a and take us to baseball games sometimes. Some of the only staff members I had good experiences with were Mr. Ross and Mr. Paul, and Mr. Billy was nice depending on his mood.
