We attempted to contact Shiloh two times in regards to our security deposit refund. We received no response. We did not receive any written information or contact by Jay the landlord. It is now the end of July and Jay has not responded to our inquiry about our deposit nor have we received any info. After residing three consecutive years paying rent in time and leaving our room in excellent condition I would expect Shiloh to contact us with details regarding our deposit.
