We had a good experience until 3 months before my lease ended. Discovered a rat infestation that they did nothing about! Had to hire my own pest control. My kids were terified fixing dead rats in our kitchen every morning for a week... ended up moving out and now charging me a ton. Health dept in involved because my neighbor is having the same issue. It is a building issue they did not fix while I was there.

Looks like they deleted my review That’s crazy I feel bad when people move in and find out it was a mistake to not pay attention to reviews how many decent apartment units do you have? I’m so glad I moved out of there. Much happier elsewhere paying the same. For 1 bedroom with AC that does work and a pool that is open all year round of and of course NO roaches

We warned about hot spots in fridge and asked for a replacement and were told they'd take a look yet never did. They waited till it died, and we lost everything in fridge and freezer before replacing. Was without hot water for over a month this year, and our ticket kept disappearing from the system. It took them a week once someone showed up to finally get it working with lots of, "just run it awhile, it's working" in between. Edit 9/21/26: pools aren't open still... And multiple units with rats or mice... Mine is one of them apparently... Edit 6/22/26: same...no pools... No estimate for when we might get one for use...
