Caregivers give exceptional service. Very patient and cordial with clients!
No professionalism. Just called and this number and had to ask if it is Shiloh Healthcare...she said yes and as I started talking the lady cut me off and gave me another number to call...called that number and the voicemail is very vague as well just says leave a message. No way will I trust a business that doesn't include the business name when they answer the phone nor do they have it on the voicemail nor are they professional.
